At the heart of Nibi Enterprise Inc. is the vision and leadership of our Founder, a Barrister and Solicitor with over 20 years of dedicated service in the public sector and extensive experience working with vulnerable populations.
In addition to legal expertise, the Founder also holds management and entrepreneurial qualifications, bringing together a rare combination of legal, business, and operational acumen. This blend of skills strengthens Nibi’s ability to provide comprehensive services while also driving innovation, growth, and sustainability in its community-focused initiatives.
A Career of Service
For two decades, the Founder has worked tirelessly to support the poor, indigent, and vulnerable members of society. Their career in the public sector has been anchored by one guiding principle: ensuring that no individual is denied access to justice or essential services due to barriers of income, status, or circumstance.
International Experience: UNDP Legal Specialist
In addition to their long-standing public service, the Founder currently works as a Consultant and Legal Specialist for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
This role involves providing high-level legal expertise, advisory support, and policy guidance in line with UNDP’s mission of promoting sustainable development, good governance, and inclusive institutions. Through this position, the Founder:
- Engages in complex, multi-stakeholder legal and development initiatives at the global level.
- Advises on access to justice, legal frameworks, and institutional reform.
- Brings international best practices and perspectives to local and national contexts.
